Channel 4 and Paramount's Channel 5 have agreed a historic commercial alliance. Channel 4 will assume control of Channel 5's ad sales, shifting the over £300 million contract from Sky. The merged sales operation will handle advertising for both networks from 2027. The agreement provides a unified offering for brands. The announcement came on 16 September 2026.
