The Scottish Government has promised a £14m funding injection for the renovation of Glasgow's People's Palace and Winter Gardens. Total costs for the museum scheme now pass £50m. The famous site aiming to re-open the Glasgow museum and gardens has remained closed for an extended time.
BBC and The Herald stated the venue is expected to stay shut until 2029.
