Rogers Communications has completed its purchase of the last 37.5 percent stake in Maple Leaf Sports and Entertainment from Kilmer Sports for $4.35 billion.

The deal makes Rogers the sole owner of MLSE.

This move expands Rogers' authority over the Toronto Maple Leafs, Toronto Raptors, and various teams within the company's athletic portfolio.
