London police discovered a small marmoset inside a laundry bag on a bus last week. Staff identified the vulnerable animal on July 18. The animal was nervous and had no food while trembling. It endured the difficult ordeal. Animal advocates labeled it an illegal abandonment case. Meanwhile, researchers found a rare monkey species in Congo’s Lomami National Park. The discovery came during a standard survey in the Congo Basin.
