Police in South Wales taken into custody an 18-year-old on Monday for a deadly crash. Officers say a car plowed into a cyclist on a busy street near Newport. The victim was pronounced dead on scene. The driver left the car close by, came back, and then left again. A man in the car was rushed to hospital carrying injuries. Cops also took another suspect into custody in connection with a caravan death. They released him but imposed strict terms. He has to stay at home and report to them each week.
