SpaceX carried out a Starlink mission in the early hours of Aug. 25. The rocket flew as planned. It was the 37th time for that Falcon booster, establishing another rocket reuse record. The flight was the 100th Falcon 9 launch of 2026. Dawn onlookers expected to spot a jellyfish effect overhead. Spaceflight Now and Space broadcasted live coverage of the action.
SpaceX also set out to announce its Louisiana plans on Aug. 25. Elsewhere, NASA positioned its next star space telescope on a Falcon Heavy rocket. That launch is set for Aug. 30.
