Clocks in the UK are planning to advance by one hour soon. This will cause trains to run one hour late and a few workers to clock in an extra hour. Experts claim this change will not save significant energy, dispelling the myth that it does. The change will happen during the switch from the third to the second nights, and summer time will be adopted indefinitely, ending the need for future adjustments.
