Ford is recalling certain Ranger, Everest, Transit Custom and Tourneo models over a faulty gearbox problem. The defect appears in vehicles that were part of earlier recall campaigns. The recall covers only those produced with the flawed transmission part. Alerts are going out to owners now. They are urged to book a inspection with their local dealer.
