New South Wales Blues announced a fresh squad for State of Origin Game 3 on Sunday with the series hanging in the balance.
Coach Nigel Daley dropped centre Cam To'o and added wing Brenden Bostock.
The changes bring the total to six players dropped after the side lost its previous two matches.
Daley said the revisions were needed to reset the team's direction.
Bostock will appear for the first time in the decider.
The squad also features returning veterans and new blood as the Blues aim to change the series trajectory.
