Police are locked in a standoff with a graffiti suspect known as Pam the Bird. The individual has climbed the high Bolte Bridge tower in Melbourne to spray-paint the structure above an existing Pam the Bird graffiti work. Officers stay at the scene as the suspect won't come down.
